From MicroOLAP Technologies :DAC for MySQL (former MySQLDAC) allows you to create Delphi/C++ Builder applications with direct access to MySQL DB without BDE and ODBC (BTW, any MySQL library is not required too). BLOB fields are supported. This components set was developed for easy migration of existing projects from a BDE/ODBC scheme to the native one. TDBImageEx component for JPEG images support is included in the package for free (with sources).
