From the get-go, this virus protection program impresses, but some functions are available only to registered users.
Cyberhawk opens with an orientation to educate users on virus behavior and program functionality. This software operates differently than traditional antivirus programs. Rather than downloading virus signatures to identify threats, it uses a combination of factors to gauge whether a virus is attacking your PC. The demo program operates as the pro version for 15 days before shedding functions to operate as the free version. This means one of the prime functions--malware quarantine and removal--disappears after the trial.
During an attack, this application quickly informs the user and requests permission to proceed. Curious Cyberhawk Pro users can instruct the software to display more information about the threat. Creating custom rules requires merely following a simple wizard. Unfortunately, that's another feature available only to Pro users.
Scans are easily scheduled. Novice-friendly in its default state, Cyberhawk's novel approach promises to improve early threat detection, but you won't know how well it works until you need it.
Publisher's description
From PC Tools :What do you need when your traditional antivirus protection misses a virus, worm, or spyware? You need Cyberhawk to keep you infection-free. Cyberhawk uses behavioral analysis to detect malicious activity. Cyberhawk's ActiveDefense technology intelligently analyzes the behavior of processes and programs on a system and immediately halts any malicious action. It recognizes threats immediately and accurately, and shuts them down so they can't harm your system or compromise your privacy. Even the threats your traditional, signature-based antivirus and antispyware can't catch. Cyberhawk is completely effective out of the box. No difficult configuration, setup or maintenance is ever required.

Version: Cyberhawk Professional 2.0.3
"Some major flaws. Takes down the computer by using alot of the posseser"
Pros: Smaller then most anti-virus program. Isn't visually complicated to decrease systems preformance.
Cons: This program is not as affective as they say it is. I had some adware. every five minutes an ad would pop up. It was clear to me that i had adware but of coarse cyberhawk did not know i had adware. Also it was very training of my P3 computer. It would take 20 seconds before "Windows Explorer" would reveal itself. Finally i resovled the adware program with "Windows Defender"
