Publisher's description
From Reinhard Epp Software :CyberMotion 3D-Designer is an integrated 3D-graphics program for modeling, animating and rendering photorealistic 3D-scenes, terrains and characters. It features a vast number of 3D modeling tools, a landscape designer including complex atmospheres, TrueType-3D-fonts, subdivision surfaces and boolean operations, hierarchical animation, inverse kinematics, skeletal deformation (skin and bones), global illumination rendering via photon mapping, ambient occlusion and HDRI-Rendering, and a host of special effects, such as lens flares, caustics, volumetric fire, object halo, motion blur, depth-sharpeness, animated atmospheres with clouds, fog, rain and snow, starfields, particle systems and much more.
Version 13 adds Displacement Mapping, expanded modeling tools and new primitives, measurement conversion, volumetric clouds, and camera-automovement.

Version: CyberMotion 3D-Designer 13
"The ideal place to start in 3d"
Pros: Cybermotion has been around for several years and each new release brings exciting new features. This time its volumetric clouds, displacement mapping, new primitives and improvements to the extrude/lathe tools etc. Cybermotion has everything you need straight out of the box - modeling, animation, rendering. The landscape generator and particle system are great. Learning 3d is not the easiest thing to do and there will always be a learning curve but Cybermotion is easier than other programs to get the hang of.
Cons: Cybermotion is not so well known as (expensive) programs like Maya or 3ds Max and there are no third party addons to give extra features. The modeling tools in this version have been improved a lot but there are still some surprising omissions.

Version: CyberMotion 3D-Designer 13
"very nice for just messing around"
Pros: It is a free and high detailed, easy to use interface program.
Cons: it is pretty slow and you can't import object because there is no objects to import :P
Summary: I think this program is pretty amazing for being free and just for messing around but when you actually want to do something with it, such as, designing a futures house and actually showing it to someone and telling them to build it hahaha, not a go... read more >>
