"One big, cheap, brilliantly marketed pile of CRAP!!!"
Pros: Cheap.
Nothing Else.Cons: Really really buggy.
Can't use it to make a movie from raw footage to usable output without serious quality sacrifices and workarounds.
Support costs money.
The user forum is run by a bunch of creepy and overly ambitious morons.Summary: I used this product for making videos for fun for two years. Ver. 4-8. Pros: Cyperlink's name. I have PowerDVD 5 on my laptop that works great. Wanted 9 for my desktop and expected good things.
Cons: Doesn't work, keeps asking me to register when I successfully registered a number of times. I may see junk mail from this trial. Don't wast your time.
Summary: Doesn't work, wasted my time and energy.

"scam... product requires on-line registration. OK, but"
Pros: Hummm, that's tough
Cons: Lack of a product that works is equalled to very bad customer support, if you call the guys from India claiming to be "Joe". OK, BUT their product can't follow my high speed connection like every other application on my computer has no problems doing
