"Just Gr88888888"
Version: CyberLink PowerDVD Mark II 10.0
Pros
The best media player ever available in the market
Cons
It integrates with Windows Media Center available Windows Vista and seven
Summary
If ur using a 5.1 or 7.1 audio system then this player offers features such as Dolby pro logic 2 and cyberlinks inbuilt high-definition audio output termed as TRUE THEATRE SURROUND which provides audio output on each of urs speaker ie it converts 2.1 audio into 5.1 or 7.1 and audio from each speaker is audible which no other media player offers in the market as far as i know
Moreover if u are using nVidia or ATi graphics card then it fully utilizes its power by offering HARDWARE ACCELERATION which provides a superb video quality
Besides all these, The new MarkII release is faster and now supports almost all the video formats available without the need of any external codec
I ve been using this media player from the time im using PC and from my point of view this is the best media player available in the market , having no competitor even standing in front of it

Summary
i have a custom gameing and media desktop i did hear of the problems other people hear had but that was due to thier system not being fast enough to run this program this program i found out needs a fast cpu and a lot of ram i have the intel i7 extreme with 24gb of ram and my friend has a intel dual core cpu and 8 gb of ram and had no problem but my sister had a dell 8400 intel pentium 4 single core with only 3 gb of ram so if you have a older system or kinda slow dont download it unless you have at least 4gb of ram-random acsses memory and a dual core intel or amd processor you have to know that when this program is started it will slow you down if you are already slow but you can run it with all other programs and any thing you can close out to get as much system speed you can cause this media player uses a lot of system resources so for all the people that had thire system crash or not work or freeze up its time to upgrade your ram or cpu or maybe both or just buy a brand new desktop or laptop the sings of a computer not able to handle this program is single core processor with 1 gb of ram is not gonna run it or same processor with 3 gb not goona work they are uselly 32bit systems they cant get more the 3gb out of them so the min amount is a single core with a 64 bit and 4gb or more of ram or just a newer pc with a dual cor cpu and plenty of ram why i said to have a dual core cpu they can handle more task at one time like a single core intel can handle about 8 the most a dual core 16 to 24 and so on so dont blame the software you doenload when your pc can not handle the task of a high end program like Cyber Link Power DVD Mark II 10.0 so just felt like shareing a lil info on this so everyone else dont think it is a crappy program just make sure your hardware and other things in your pc can handle it ok thanks for reading about this and for now people if you are not sure if your computer or laptop can run a program do a benchmark test on it a very lite benchmark test to be safe if you have a intel go to www.intel.com to get the cpu/processor tester and checker to see how many task it can hold and run at one time if it is scored at 8 or below time to buy a better computer or upgrade the cpu have a good day or nite ps if you wont a program like this use nero multimedia platnium

"A lot of positive features"
Version: CyberLink PowerDVD Mark II 10.0
Pros
No crashing, handles DVDs and digital media well.
Cons
Unable to fast forward and reverse on .AVI; must drag the slider to the position desired. 3D can use improvement.
Summary
Overall, it's a good program. It works with DVDs really well and it handles digital media well enough. I was unable to test the special sound features because of the configuration of my laptop, but I think the program works well. I did see some sound/video delays in .AVI when I had to start and stop. I'd like to see more improvements on digital media--allowing the user to use the fast forward and reverse buttons like a Blu-ray player would.

"So good I bought the Ultra 10 3D"
Version: CyberLink PowerDVD Mark II 10.0
Pros
Plays everything. Very good UI. Nothing to fault.
Cons
The interface to "Cinema Mode" needs some work. I can't figure out how to do "full screen" on mp4 video.
Summary
I tried many others and this is the one I kept coming back to. WinDVD came in 2nd, but in the end the price and features of PowerDVD were just better. A better value!
