I was able to install it with no problems, it's pretty cute, and seems to do most things it's supposed to do.
Cons
As a previous reviewer noted, Caller ID is not actually available with this version, only with the paid version.

long time a go i download a proglam.it was like cyberbuddy.you can chat with it.you can ask anythink and he will anser you..!!!like you say this is linda phone number03494838.and if you ask few days latter what is linda phone number he will tell you. if he don't know anythink he will open a link for you...it was so much fun(it was free to try program)any one know what is the name that program..?i want to buy it ...thanks guys

I really enjoy it's interactive charactors, how it will read anything what you want, so I don't have to. I also like how it updates me on the news and weather and other stuff too.
Cons
The only thing i don't like is now i need to have the full version because its so good.

Well I don't go giving out 5 stars all that often this is only the second time...But this program is great it can be used with dial up which I was worried about, but it is fully functional, has something for everyone, you can choose what to see and what not to see...you can make reminders for yourself, you can chat, and even check your e-mail...see stock Quotes, and even get the weather...pretty much does everything in one little program...it just does so much...Even has stories it can read for your kids ... Nothing to complain about here...

Was a little tough to download good thing I'm stubborn...well worth all the trouble though!

Cyberbuddy is an extremely useful program that does all of the following: Checks for and reads new email; reads reminders, such as for appointments, at the set time; reads new changes to websites; reads updates to RSS news feeds; reads updates to stock reports, including to given specific stocks; reads updates to weather reports; announces current internet speed as often as every 10 minutes; reads text at entered URLS, as well as copied and pasted text; allows instant messaging; allows chats; announces the time as often as every quarter hour; tells jokes, its own or jokes the user added to the file; reads feel good messages, its own or those the user added to the file; and reads the thought of the day, its own or those the user added to the file. Within these functions are many options as well.
Some of the above functions can help a user with dial-up to stay online.
The MS Agent characters can be enjoyable to see and hear; they can be a pleasant diversion, as well as being useful. One can use free downloadable MS Agent characters, or can obtain higher-quality characters from a site that sells them. One can change the character's voice, the pitch of the voice, its speed, and its volume, and even the language.
Contrary to some reviews, Cyberbuddy honestly does not contain any spyware of any kind. I have used Cyberbuddy for a year now, and can guarantee that it contains absolutely no spyware.

the pros are very simple ,there a a great number of good people to meet in the cyberbuddy chat room and a great deal of clean wholesome fun to be had .Remember this is a family chat not an r or x rated

now the rest of the story! The people who Monitor the chat seem to have a book on writing the rules as they apply to onkly you! If you do not knuckle under and tell a monitor where you live ,who you know , are you married or involved with someone.If he does not like your response he will tell you to go into private or chat with him on MSN.If you refuse to do so you will be asked to leave.If you refuse to leave within 8 hours you begin to have a rebooting problem.This is fact and fully documented.Any proof required just drop me a note and I will forward conversations where just this has happened.the author claims no responsibility for the actions of his momnitors.Even though they will tell you that JD UIN 1000 has requested that you leave because you are no longer welcome.It is a belief that the author sees none of his complaint mail about his monitors ,the beleif is they intercept complaints before the author sees them.However I have written the author and given him my home phone he has over 2 years refused to discuss any problems.Be sure to use adware and antivirus programs and turn off any script activators involved or if you anger the known gods you will have a malicious script reboot problem.have fun but protect yourself.

It is a really nice program. its got nice characters.Not only single characters like bonzibuddy.We can also change the character and its sound. It tells and sings different songs.Bonzi only sings one song.it is Dai ZEE Dai ZEE Give me your anser true.STUPID SONG it is.BUt i liked cyberbuddy,s songs and jokes.Downloading this isnt a waste of time.ALSO Bonzibuddy has virus.But cyberbuddy does not have any virus.If you dont know to change your character or do something.Click Take A Tour.Bonzibuddy takes a long time to download for dial-up-connection users.Cyberbuddy takes no time only 15m3s for dial up connection users.CYBERBUDDY BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
