"Tried it again 9 months later"

Pros
Well at least it worked somewhat this time.
They did fix some of the bugs but not all.
I tried it on an XP again and this time I was able to record.
They didn't fix the size adjustment feature so I could only record full screen , and the pause button just shut the recording down .
The only way it worked for me was full screen and just let it run until you want to shut it.
I only did short few minute recordings so I don't know how long it will go.Cons
You still can't adjust the size and location so if full screen works for you then go for it.
I did email the companies support link questioning why those other feature didn't work but it's been close to 2 week and I never got a reply.Summary
OK to the reason I rated it a 3 this time around
It has one major plus in my eyes.
It will NOT high jack your home page OR force a tool bar on you.
And trust me that's important .
A few of the better ones I've tried DO in fact high jack your home page and add a Tool bar no matter what route you take to load them
What I'm saying is that in a few reviews they say just select the Custom load and it will not take over your home page or add a tool bar.
Well my friends that is a steaming pile of horse dung , why they would lie and say that I don't know but trust me I been down that road and had to go through a lot to correct the problems.
So if you just want to play around with a mediocre recorder that will do a half way decent job then try this one.
At least you can do it with a clear and relaxed mind because this one will not hurt you and if you don't like it just un-install it.
Again be VERY careful if you down load some of the higher rated ones because they will cause you grief , and if you're not very good with computers they will mess you up big time.
Although this one isn't the best and some of the features still don't work at least you can have fun using it without any consequences.
