From Wade Brainerd :Very simple and easy to use flash card program. Just type in what you want to learn, be it Spanish or History. Great for studying! Card lists can be saved and shared with your friends! The author is open to suggestions, so feel free to ask.
CueCard features smart testing, which automatically focuses on the cards you are having the most trouble with, single and double sided card and study sheet printing, pictures on cards, and sounds.
Version 1.4 offers increased stability and many new features, including formatting on cards, a multi-lingual interface, and much more.

Pros: Even if you're willing to pay, you won't find many more features. This is just what you need and does the trick. Even includes some graphical options.
Cons: For free, this has no cons.

"This is a very basic, yet effective, program for flash-card studyers."
Pros: Easy to use, concentrates on weak areas, builds confidence, keeps score so you can see what questions are eluding you.
Cons: The GUI isn't very pretty, but that might help you stay focused.
