  "Be warned $29.95 may be gone!"

  Pros: I had a hard drive crash - 3/20/2007 - asked for the Key to use the software I paid in full for. ALL my E-mails were Ignored. Ignored by Tech Support. My phone records show that I called them - Element 5 - Digital River -Share it - and on and on/w the last call today. I have a pile of "we will investigate" "canned Generic e-mails" and "we will refund promises". Today on hold for a

  long, long time again! All calls are long distance. SO, FROM the following month of: Mar-Apr-May-June-July-Aug-Sep-Oct-Nov-TILL-Dec I could not use the software I paid in full for. They had no intention of sending the UNLOCK CODES!

  Cons: What they did sent in March was a 100 Plus alpha-numeric-caps-small letter, width of your fingernail, un-readable and un-scanable and non-functionable, doesn't open the CRYSTALBUTTON. This is what may happen to you If you send these people any money. Kiss you $29.95 good by...You were warned.

  PS: They told me to purchase the new edition for another $29.95 credit card payment. These people should be investigated by the Attorney General Office.

  No Stars for them!

  "Emm.., it is almost FREEWARE"

  Pros: Emm.., it is almost FREEWARE.. You can click ALT-PrintScreen and get any button you created for free. It is also the best button maker among all of the button tools I've tried (and I've tested a lot of them). It is easy to use and makes really professional-class button images for Web. Also if you decide to buy it - the price is only $30 and it worth it. The best tool in this class of programs. Really recommend to anybody - from novice to pro-Web designers. (saves a lot of time)

  "Does what it says on the tin"

  Pros: It does produce Crystal Buttons.

  Cons: Interface feels way over complicated for what you would presume is quite a simple task. Specifically, there are way too many tabs (like about 40).
