From WordWeb Software :Crossword Compiler will help you create, edit, and publish crossword puzzles. It includes features for clue writing and puzzle exporting. The program has many professional features, but offers ease of use for beginners. Teachers can create vocabulary puzzles in seconds: the program will fit words into a blank grid automatically. You can export interactive crosswords to a Web page using the Crossword Compiler Java applet, and create any shape of vocabulary puzzles directly from a list of words and clues. It also has a powerful grid-filling system, library of grid patterns, and many export options.
Note: In the trial version print and export are limited to small puzzle sizes. Some features disabled.
