A few of these new features include: the provision to track and analyze psychological factors affecting the achievement of your goals, an expanded heart rate monitoring section with heart rate meter import facilities and new, easily identifiable icons in the calendar to represent scheduled events. Nutrition remains an important part of the program. Crosstrainer 5 enables the user to set their own nutritional goals and monitor their nutritional behavior in preparation of an event or as part of their daily lives. It includes over 10.000 food items and users can add, remove and combine their favorite foods and food groups.
