Features include web page authoring, instant graphic conversion, autotracing, animation, multiple document master pages, patterns, neon, and special graphics and text effects.

  • New Art in Tools -> Library Resources -> Art
  • Mac types are written for images and html
  • TIFFs are now LZW compressed
  • Applescript Enhancements:
    • set and get currentpage
    • pagecount is number of pages
    • the Page's selection is exposed:
      • the selection (the list of graphics selected)
      • set selected of graphic 1 to [true|false or 1, 0]
      • deselectall
