From Excode Software :There are millions of MP3, WMA, OGG and WAV files available for download from the Internet today. Unfortunately, using them in your cellular phone as ringtones is problematic. Audio files have to be cropped and ecoded with a lower sample rate in order to fit the small memory of the phone. No expensive audio editing package is required. With 'Create Ringtone', you can crop and convert audio files with a few mouse clicks.
Version 2.2 adds various interface improvements and the ability to work with audio CDs, OGG, and WMA formats.
