From WindSolutions :CopyTrans allows to back up, copy, and transfer your iPod music to your PC. The software is useful after a hard drive crash. Before sending your iPod to repair service simply move your iPod music to a new computer. CopyTrans enables you to back up all song types (MP3/AAC/WAV/AIF), back up directly to iTunes with saved Playlists and Ratings, rename songs before backup, and back up albums to separate folders.
Version 2.62 supports Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese languages.

Pros: The support.
The software is so easy. Everything just makes sense and you don't have to spend a ton of time trying to figure out how it works.
It's fast.Cons: Can't think of any. Would recommend highly.
Summary: These guys' support is amazing. I had to ask for a re-send of the authorization number to reinstall, and support was unbelievably quick (and friendly!) They are a pleasure to deal with.

Version: CopyTrans 2.67
Pros: This product is super useful, and the support was unbelievable. I got a response within 20 minutes of sending in my question.
Cons: It MIGHT be nice to have some of their products combined as one (such as CopyTrans Manager and Backup), but they are afordable enough to where I'm willing to live with it.
Summary: You can believe in these guys. They TRULY care about their product, and what others think about it. This was evidenced by their response to my quesiton I sent in. Buy with FULL confidence, like I did.
