"This sofware is sensational to transfer back your songs"
Pros: Very easy to use.
Backs up all songs from the iPod, including purchased music from iTunes.
Excellent support after you purchase.
Same day support when you have a query.
Great GUI.
Affordable.
Free upgrade.Cons: Nothing bad to say at all.

"Fantastic programme,so easy to use and very quick,"
Pros: Downloaded easily, transferred my thousands of songs so quickly and I saved days of having to import all of those lost songs. No need to worry now if computer crashes or my i Pod needs a new battery, I have this great programme.
Cons: I honestly can't think of one thing.
Summary: I am not that great on the computer, so downloading some programmes are a real hassle, but this is one of the best.

"Great product to back up your iPod ."
Pros: The comfort of knowing that your music is backed up and that you will never have to reload all your music onto an iPod again if your computer or iPod crash. The customer support is exceptional. They are very responsive and helpful.
Cons: I do not have any complaints about this product.

Pros: Easy to use, works smooth. Its great to have the playlists back and the ratings etc.
Cons: Won't load Smart Playlists, but that is a minor issue
