  "AWESOME"

  Pros: It worked just as I heard it would. It was easy to purchase and use. I saved tons of time loading my new iPod to my old computer. What a great idea!

  Cons: I wasn't sure if I had purchased it the first time or not. I did end up loading it and it wasn't that hard to run.

  "Fabulous!"

  Pros: CopyTrans is FAB-U- LOUS software?.I am a 66 year old retired grandfather who received an Ipod Touch for Christmas. I love the Ipod and had loaded over a thousand songs since New Year. In March I purchased a new computer and did not know that I could not upload my Ipod music and photos to my new computer with the iTunes software. I purchased a commercial software program from a major retailer that was going to fix the problem. Well after two days of trying to get the software to load and sync with the ITunes software, I gave up and started Googleing. (Should have Googled first) And Voila?, WindSolutions offered a free 14 day trial for Copy Trans a software program that purported to do exactly what I was trying to do. Well last night at about 11PM, I downloaded the software and within an hour or so I had transferred my 250 free songs and immediately purchased the software online and finished the iTune upload to the new computer. Copy Trans is easy to install, and use. I liked it so well that I purchased the other three complimentary programs. I am very happy to report that my Ipod is syncing with the new computer and not a single file/song or picture was lost. I consider myself a slightly above average computer user and I had absolutely no problems with the software. Your software worked great and I am looking forward to using ILibs on my wife?s new Ipod Nano. I am keeping your web site on my computer in case I, or anyone I know needs the repair software. Again thanks for the superb software.

  "A huge mistake"

  Cons: After purchasing CopyTrans (formerly CopyPod), paying with PayPal and registering with the registration number e-mailed to me, I was left in a perpetual loop which kept asking me over and over to pay.

  It downloaded albums instead of songs regardless of what settings I selected, and it failed to grab album art.

  When I asked CopyTrans support for a refund I was put through a week long childish dialogue with one of their "techs," to whom I sent my logs and did what I was asked.

  I removed CopyTrans from my computer and purchased and installed Media Widget from Bootstrap. It performs exactly as advertised for the same $19.

  CopyTrans was a real mistake. Spare yourself. Read the CNet reviews, and select Media Widget or any other transfer software that has had favorable user reports.

  "Terrible. NO STARS as couldn't use it."

  Cons: Firewall blocked this program. Was told to shut down entire firewall to let their program work -- something a computer saavy friend told me you never do. Would not refund even though I can't use this program. Shameful customer service policy.
