"Only allowed me to recover ONE song without purchase"
Pros: I couldn't find any.
Cons: It only allows you to recover ONE file per session without purchasing. It means it takes 15 mintues searching your iPod and at the end it let's you recover ONE file only. I guess you need to search again to recover one more file.

"Amazingly easy to use interface...a "no brainer"!!!"
Pros: The look and feel is first class...you'd think you were using an Apple add-on feature. Installation is fast and very polished. After install...plug in IPod and there you are...ready to go. After selecting tunes (or entire IPod)...click and go..DONE!!
Cons: Not a single one that I can think of. A superbly engineered program!
Summary: After an HD crash....it completely restored MY ENTIRE IPod...including ALL playlists, album, artist and usage stats...FLAWLESSLY...all 450+ songs and data in minutes. You can use this program with total confidence. A real lifesaver!!!

Pros: This product actually read off an iPodTouch- something most programs don't achieve because they don't currently allow you to use them as an external disk. It bypassed the iTunes lock, and got me in.
Cons: My first use was a recovery of a friend's music back to their library which the trial didn't allow anywhere close to being operable, so I didn't get to see the full scope and features. Their loss.
