I had to reformat my computer due to a virus and was worried I'd lose all my tunes - but I didn't lose a thing using this program! Easy to use - one click and all my music AND my apps were back on my itunes! Best $20 I've spent in a long time!

Very simple and intuitive. I watched the 3 min YouTube video that showed the moved music from the iPhone to Itunes, downloaded the software, purchased the full app, continued downloading the remainder of my music and videos. Viola, easy peasy.
Cons
The trial is limited to just 100 songs. It looks like it's copying all of your music, but it's not.
Summary
Very happy with how easy it moved my iphone music and videos from my iPhone to iTunes. After my harddrive crashed I've put it off for a long time trying to rebuild my iTunes library. This made it easy.
