Pros: This ipod to computer not only actually worked, but is so much better than all the other ones found on cnet. I was able to put all my songs on, and it didn't once ask me to purchase the full version. It is absolutely amazing
Cons: Nothing really.

Version: CopyTrans 3.28
Pros: Very easy to use, reliable. Ideal to make safe backups of Ipods. Good interface. Excellent customer service, fast, clear and highly customer oriented.
Cons: Nothing major. Perhaps have an interface with even more cheerful colors, but that's personal preference.
Summary: Great product combined with excellent customer service. A winning combination. Highly recommended.
