Made the switch from a Windows PC to a Mac pretty pretty simple after a three clicks it was already backing up my itunes library after another few, it was restoring it to my mac - all transferred correctly

Tuneswift was easy to use once I got through some of the issues. The software did a perfect job of moving my 60gb iTunes library to a new computer. Everything seems to have been brought over including all my playlists, favorites, star ratings, play counts, and more. Worth the small cost of registration
Cons
I had some problems initially because I didn't update to the latest iTunes. Of course, this wasn't documented anywhere at copytrans or in the software. I just solved my problems through trial and error. The documentation and customer support is very poor. Copytrans doesn't have a user driven support forum where users can ask questions which they really should for a piece of software that makes pretty significant changes to your system. The software also occassionally seems to hang but it's actually doing work in the background. The software could be a bit more robust.
Summary
Overall, worth the price, but only just. If Copytrans has a better support and troubleshooting system, they would have my money for their other software too. Tuneswift works as expected. Just make sure you are using the updated version of iTunes that Copytrans supports. Check their Facebook and look around on their Twitter before you do any upgrades.

Summary
My iTunes library on my old XP computer was about 80 GB large and had a complicated file arrangement. With Copytrans Tuneswift the transfer to my new Win 8 PC was amazingly simple and it didn't miss a single file. So glad I found this tool!

Trialware try ot create a library and before gets to the 2nd conversion step the program forces a purchase/activation to proceed making it no way to find out how it works unless purchased at every itunes update this program will expire forcing to download another update.

Summary
While looking for a solution to get my iTunes information off a computer with corrupt Installer services, I couldn't find anything... I couldn't install a new Installer and Windows couldn't repair. Microsoft's only recommendation was to format. I had intended too but with 176 apps, 607 contact, 3 years of calendar entries, and 972 songs, I absolutely didn't want to lose it all or "hope" it restored properly from a backup, ultimately having to "reorganize" apps, reconfigure paths to pictures, outlook, etc. restored. Not being dependent of the windows installer is the most amazing thing you could have done with this software! I purchased swift last night and I must say I'm amazed!!! I copied it from a desktop with a different user name and different directory location than the laptop I was transferring to and while it was copying, I thought "Will it prompt me for location? How will it work?" The only thing I would have changed about the process would be a prompt for location to save music to. All I had to do was change the directory within iTunes and move the folder contents there.
I can't say enough about this program. This was truly amazing and I am so happy! I hadn't looked at prices before purchasing and was thinking "I don't want to spend $79.99" but was extremely surprised to see it was only $14.95. Of all the software I've purchased, I've always said nothing I've bought holds a candle to Forte Agent. However, I think you just took the top spot. This is truly amazing!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! -

Summary
I have a dying laptop, and this program was the perfect solution to move my iTunes "as is" to a new laptop. It took about 3 hours, but most of that time is unattended file transfer. I have a huge music collection, contacts and calendars synced with Outlook, and a ton of apps. As far as I can tell so far, the transfer was perfect and sync with my iPhone 4 with iOS 6 works fine.

Pros
I had to transfer iTunes from one computer it another. The whole press only took a few mouse clicks. From beginning to end, it took about 3 hours for 139 gb music. I tested adding songs and syncing that and it worked fine.

None that I can think of.
