Simple interface, and it just works. Quickly, too. Doesn't need ANY of Apple's bloatware that comes with I-Tunes. I got rid of I-Tunes and several required supporting Apple software, each of which took a llloooonnnngggg time to update, which seemed to happen way too often. Glad that's all gone, and I've got this skinny app that just works, and works simply. MUCH better than messing with I-Tunes on a PC!
Cons
None, but note that I just use it to transfer files to my phone from my PC. If you're looking for software to purchase music, I'd recommend Amazon's apps for that.

It gives you control of your IPhone content easily. Especially if you're a PC user. My IPhone is the only Apple product I've ever used and couldn't figure out ITunes to do simple file placements.

May not be able to do some of the stuff iTunes does (but I wasn't using iTunes for that anyway, so didn't lose anything by switching).

Sick of iTunes? Try this! If you don't need some specific things that iTunes provides, this will be your pock to manage your iPod files. So glad I don't have to use iTunes anymore.
