Loads quicker than iTunes and does not delete music from my iPod unless I want it to. Support technicians are courteous and quick to help you out.

I had bought an ipod touch some months ago but my dislike for itunes made me put my new ipod away and almost forget about it. I found this program which claimed to be an alternative to itunes. iT does what is says on the tin.
When I needed help in order for my new computer to recognize my ipod, the technical team helped me install the ipod drivers quickly and without even having to install itunes.
Best free ipod management tool i have used so far. -

"The only software that works for my ipod"

you can easly add music and even apps.you can back-up all of your ipod in a sec.recornizes your ipod. (not all softwares do).
Cons
the only thing i can think about is that you have to open the "control center" to get in, but i guess its good for people that have another software from this company.

Easy to use; have used it for a couple years and never had any issues - NONE; excellent support; fast transfer of data.
I have set up a folder in under "My Music" called CopyTrans. I create folders and add music to the folder from iTunes or from my CDs. I open CopyTrans, create playlists and simply transfer my songs from the CopyTrans folder I created to CopyTrans Manager.
It's that simple.
I only created the directory and folders as an easy and efficient way to maintain all sorts of music, iTunes or not, and it is easy to backup.
CopyTrans has a variety of applications from backing up your devices to keeping track of your family's libraries. Hard to do with iTunes.Cons
It would be nice if I could also rearrange my apps. There may be a way but I haven't found it yet.

This app is essential for anyone who knows what iTunes sync can cause. iTunes had wiped my iPod at least twice in the past (all music and apps included) for no apparent reason. Copytrans Manager, however, does what I would expect an iPod manager tool to do - adds whatever music I want to my device - whenever I want. It also deletes only songs I tell it to. I can also edit and add playlists and apps to my iPod.
