"Don't Bother unless you want to buy the full version."
Pros: The trail only tells you that there are errors on your ipod, you have to buy the full version to fix it. Not willing to shell out $40.00 (1/2 of what I paid for my ipod) to see if their fix works.
Cons: Let us try it at least once.

"The best program I've ever bought !"
Pros: My iPod was showing the sad face icon.
I tried CopyTrans Doctor for free. I found "errors" on my iPod. I purchased the full version.
It scanned my iPod for a while and voilą: my iPod was was working perfectly again and I could even recover missing songs and songs that were skipped by my iPod.
Worth the bucks and I didn't need to buy a new iPod!

"Great product. I worked perfectly first time."
Pros: I tried 10 different products from Download.com, and this was the only one that could recover my files during the trial period. I highly recommend it.
Cons: I could not find any Cons, as it worked well for me.
