Publisher's Description
From Artly There Software:
Compositor is an innovative image-to-art creator and image editor featuring more than 165 filter and channel effects. The program has complete painting tools and an editing toolset (Tool mode) and multidocument ability. It can help artists and photographers know how an image or portion of an image would appear when printed or painted at a certain proportion or portion of the original, thanks to its unique Black Matte feature (Frame and Mat modes). This feature also allows for fast cropping to a set proportion. The program can save and replay your actions for use on another image, movie, or sequence, or upon the original, and this is now made much easier with the addition of the new Actions Palette and Sequence menu.
Compositor 2.9.1 is a bug fixing and maintenance release.

"Great features for photo manipulation"
Version: Compositor 2.9.1
Pros
The number of effects and filters you can apply to a picture is staggering and they all seem to be pretty intuitive to use. In Photoshop you have to look around for a lot of these features in sub-menus or tricks, a floodfill effect being the major basic feature which is obvious in Compositor but buried in Photoshop. Granted, that makes for a zoo of effects which have to be selected from an enormous drop down menu but at least I can find them without checking the manual, lol. Compositor seems very straight forward, much like the earlier, better versions of Photoshop but with a lot more effects. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star is because there are so many effects, I haven't been able to understand them all yet. From what I've seen so far, it's by far the best budget photo manipulator I've ever seen.
Cons
There are so many functions, it's difficult to find exactly what you're looking for. All in all I can live with that, lol.
