Color Cop converts RGB decimal values to RGB Hexadecimal Triplets (see screen shot). It has a built-in color picker, color preview, Auto Copy to Clipboard, and an eyedropper to choose colors anywhere on the screen. If used with a graphics program like PhotoShop it can make text and background colors very easy to manipulate in HTML documents.
