This program helps you display photos for your Web pages and presentations, or just for fun. CollageMaker's interface supports dragging and dropping images and text, letting you arrange objects any way you please. You can resize, transform, and join photos. The Open and New commands refer to entire collages rather than to photos. To add or open a photo, click the Tree button or go to the Collage menu. You can rotate photos with just one click from the button bar and save your entire collage as a JPEG for Web posting. The best feature is the collection of masks, which, for example, creates fantastical cropping edges. The program lacks a sharpen function, though, and we lost our background color when we rotated a photo. Still, if you want to quickly edit and share your photos in a visually pleasing way, CollageMaker merits a try.Publisher's description

Pros: Very easy to use. Includes nice effects.
Cons: No complaints.
