From Cole2k Media :The Cole2k Media Advanced Codec Pack features a collection of codecs and filters for encoding/decoding a large variety of video/audio formats. Support for formats includes DivX 6.5.1 Pro, DivX Media, XviD, 3ivx, MP4, h.264, x264, AVC, Nero Digital, MPEG-2, AC3, DTS, AAC, APE, FLAC, MPC, OFR, TTA, OGG, Vorbis, WavPack, MP3, and ATRAC3 + many more. Support for container files includes MP4, MKV, OGM.
The package supports MCE in full. Version 6.0.9 features the latest versions of included codecs.Note: The DivX 6.5.1 Pro encoder has a trial period limited to 15 days, after the trial period the encoder will switch to standard mode (completely optional).

Version: Cole2k Media Codec Pack Advanced 6.0.9 (32Bit)
Pros: There are a lot of codecs out there, so it's always much easier to find a product like this that bundles all the best codecs and installs them outright.
My major concern with these types of products that they come scumware free, and as far as I can tell, this one is. So thanks guys!
Cons: I wouldn't want to install Divx on my PC, its complete crapware that should be replaced with Xvid or FFdshow, so please take the damn thing out of the codec. Thanks!

Version: Cole2k Media Codec Pack Advanced 6.0.9 (32Bit)
Cons: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM !! I kept getting these warnings and originally decided to ignore them and download it anyway. My OS (Vista) warned me, My Yahoo warned me, and I received 2 additional warnings as well. After that 4th warning, and no way to verify the digital signature (it didn't have one), I decided against it. Good thing too--my anti-virus program activated just as I was about to delete this no-good program.

Pros: very good with windows media codec I cawn actually use it with videos from other sources but when it comes to audio I tunes does not work when you share music even on a trial basis with Itunes to windows
