"Just fine."
Version: CodedColor 4.1.4
Pros
Feature-rich and extensive capabilities.
Cons
I find the description of this product very exaggerating. It said that combining ACDSee, ThumbsPlus, and Photoshop will result in CodedColor. How come, in fact I find those products high above the standard of this app. Just ACDSee compared to this will result as CodedColor in the lower standard. Anyway, I recommend ACDSee PowerPack or ThumbsPlus better than this. I have them both on my PC. Get them now.

"Extensive feature list - one of the top programs - but weak on docs and captions"
Version: CodedColor 4.1.4
Pros
Wide variety of picture file formats. Outstanding capability when it comes to complete and accurate EXIF and IPTC picture information. Few programs are close to it. Pan and zoom ability is generally very good. An audio file can be attached to a picture (foreground audio). Many editing tools are available. Many batch operations are available. Web albums can be made.
Cons
The display of only a single strip of thumbnails could slow searching down when you are reviewing hundreds of pictures. Trying to edit some EXIF information caused a program hang. Very weak when it comes to affixing captions to slide show pictures. The picture printing ability is weak and non-intuitive. Manually sorting pictures is quirky (done by filename changes!). The documentation is weak (the author suggests "experimentation" to learn the program). In some cases I found the program unstable, with repeated error messages and hangs (I had to kill the task several times). No background audio file capability. No vertical flip ability.
