"Previous reviewer is misguided"
Pros: There is an uninstaller in the package, it can be found in control panel through add/remove programs.
The codecs worked fine for me, but perhaps some systems just aren't powerful enough for some things.Cons: Nothing negative at all
Summary: The software is very good and I've used it for a number of years.
There is a forum on the owners website where you can ask questions.

"BEWARE! No native uninstaller with this freeware!"
Pros: Looks like it should work, but that's as far as it goes. At least Spyware Doctor didn't tag malicious files...I guess I should be thankful for that.
Cons: Never worked...in fact, prevented Media Player from even operating. Website has tons of error codes and *never* suggests any solutions. No native uninstaller with the freeware, no uninstall help on the website...search results... "no results found"
Summary: No idea why they even bothered....it ~would~ be nice if they would provide a native uninstaller. I had to depend on Revo Uninstaller to get rid of it...at least *that* worked as advertised!
