Version: Cloudmark Desktop for Outlook 5.3
Cons: Downloaded it and it wouldn't install properly. When it did, the program became completely incompatible with Vista, not sure if this is Cloudmark's problem or Windows. As for free, yeah right!!! There are better programs available, that are more reliable, more cheapily priced, and some that are really freeware and not, so called trial versions, which is an effective way to basically print money, and not for the benefit of the customer. I would advise anyone to save their time and energy on a better program, than waste it on this one.

Version: Cloudmark Desktop for Outlook 5.3
"Trial versions are NOT freeware"
Pros: Nothing because it is NOT free despite what CNet claims. Cloudmark stopped providing free software when they renamed SpamNet to Desktop many years ago and yanked away support from all their loyal customers who were not informed they were involuntary and non-informed beta testers to iron out the kinks in Cloudmark's software and their hardware servers configuration.
Cons: CNet deliberately categorizes trialware in which freeware. If the user selects "free" for license type then that should be all that Cnet lists. Instead Cnet lies to their users. A 15-day TRIAL does *not* make this a free licensed product!

Version: Cloudmark Desktop for Outlook 5.3
Pros: I had left a whole slew of spam (around 50, I think) in my Inbox to see what it would do. It moved every spam to the spam folder, and only moved one that I wanted to keep. It was easy to see why it thought that one was spam. This thing works great. If it keeps working this well, I will definitely purchase it when the freebie license expires. I will try to remember to update this if my opinion changes. Mark.
