  "The cute dog almost made me want to give a better rating."

  Pros: It does what it says. Sort've. It was easy to figure out what I wanted within an hour or so. Can make images transparent.

  Cons: There were many. First of all, the program is HUGE. It always slowed down my computer to the point of complete frusteration. After that, having to figure out how it worked was terrible because it was so slow, so unless you have an amazingly fast computer, beware. Plus, it has many useless features. There is a feature where your image turns into a 3D cube.. why? I didn't use it for a month or two and I came back to make some more transparent images. Turns out, they now want me to get the "full version" of the program, and won't allow me to do this anymore. This wasn't listed in it's limitations. Needless to say, that was the end of this program, and it doesn't exist on my computer anymore.
