This application removes Internet and local PC-activity tracks, but suffers from numerous faults. Clean and Clear's interface is standard Windows tabs and radio buttons, with some buttons unlabeled. This application clears the IE history, cookies, the caches, autocomplete data, the Recycle Bin, and the Recent Documents list. However, the utility does not function as well as its competitors. We not only are disappointed with the application's lack of common features, but also its unprofessional approach. Lacking a help file, Clean & Clear forces users to guess its default password (123). The change-language option fails, the application couldn't clear the Run history, and some radio buttons are labeled with only question marks. It only supports Internet Explorer and doesn't allow selective deletion of found items. While any user level could operate this application, it offers nothing to make it worth a download.
