Version: Cisco Network Magic Pro 5.5.9195
"Not rating the product, just cisco's handling of it."
Pros: Haven't tried it so I can't say. The older version works just fine for me.
Cons: Cisco does not stop hassling you. Here, even though i didn't buy it or download it, through the techtracker, Cisco is now sending me collection-type notices every time I open the older Network Magic program that i paid for long ago.
Summary: I imagine if the program was essential for small-time non-tech types, like me. They wouldn't resort to such a hard sell.

Version: Cisco Network Magic Pro 5.5.9195
"Probably a good choice for novice networkers"
Pros: Simple installation, set-by-step set-up.
Cons: If you have any problems the troubleshooting just tells you it can't help! Support is very vague and only gives simple diagnosis answers. Does not seem to interface with Linksys routers very well.
Summary: Try it if you have a pristine system and have never used any other network set-up software or "wizards".

Version: Cisco Network Magic Pro 5.5.9195
"An excellent Network Management tool for home networks."
Pros: Easy to load and set up. User friendly all the way around.
Cons: Cost. Too expensive for what it does.
Summary: My bottom line, I would purchase it again if I had to.

Version: Cisco Network Magic Pro 5.5.9195
"Great product, but support could be much better."
Pros: Easy network setup and sharing of printers.
Cons: Support when something goes wrong. It has been 3 weeks since I got my "platform" error, and still not fixed. They quit responding to the ticket.
