From SBZ systems :With ChargeMeter, you can see how much money you spend when you surf the Internet through your modem-base ISP. Select your country and telephone company from ChargeMeter's list. If your country doesn't appear in the list, you can set phone rates after you ask your telephone company. ChargeMeter keeps history, so you can see how much money you've spent using your Internet connection. With the annual bar graph, you can see (and print) data on the amount of money or time you spend every day and month. Finally, you can set this program to disconnect you from Internet or hear an audio file after a predetermined period of time to save money and time.
