From CenterStage :CenterStage is an open source project that aims to create a fully functional Mac Media Center application to allow you to watch movies, view photos, listen to music etc. from one streamlined application that can be controlled via a remote control.
CenterStage should be used in conjunction with it's sister application BackStage which is a movie organisation tool for CenterStage.
BackStage is now included with CenterStage.
What's new in this version:
- Photo module (with inline slideshow, see notes)
- Music module
- Module Transistions (Quartz Composer based)
- On Screen Display (OSD)
- Zoom in fullscreen playback
- Resolution switching in the preferences
- Improved skin, optimized for 1280x720. In the future CS will pick the best skin for the current resolution. Feel free to customize the included skin for your screen if needed.
