The new interface allows to easily view and manage all kinds of built-in properties associated with Microsoft Office documents as well as with Windows 2000 files. In explorer mode, Catalogue retrieves and lists the content of a directory with standard and user-defined properties : Author, Title, Subject, etc. In output mode, it automatically creates HTML, CSV, Word reports with customized presentations. Catalogue is useful for automatic documentation, filling, exploring,accessing and printing files properties sorted on any criterion. Organization and presentation of HTML pages can be customized. Sorting capability (ascending or descending) on a column. Highlight files with properties. View and manage documents properties directly using contextual menu: open, delete, rename or change properties. Selection of file types to display or report : Office documents only or any other file type including hidden files.
