Version: CaptureWizPro 3.9
"Malfunctions not repaired for years"
Pros: I abandoned the use of CaptureWizPro 4 years ago, because of two particular problems, and still today the application suffers from the same malfunctions. It seems that the company cannot or do not like to bother and improve the program. It suffers:
1) Of a very critical malfunction while trying to scrollcapture a picture. If you capture a text on the screen, you will remark that in parts of the captured picture there are serious distorted lines, that can not be readable. Of course if the area has no text you will see the problem on the picture. But don't forget that this happens ONLY when you take a scrolling screenshot.
2)The other problem is that the definition and clarity of the captured picture (i.e the resolution) still remains, after years, quite poor.
Cons: There are other screen capture programs that give better results, at around the same price.
Try something else.

"Excellent programs have also excellent support"
Pros: CaptureWizPro is maybe the best program I came across, concerning simplicity of use and accurate functions.
Especialy distinctive function of the program is the possibility it offers for screenshots of scrolling pictures (that are bigger than the screen). This is something that very few other programs can do.
However, I noticed that there was (only for scrollshots) a malfunction, resulting to a distorted part of the captured picture).
The very good thing about CaptureWizPro is that once I complained about this, there was an immidiate responce from the developer. I followed the instructions (about how to correct the "scroll" option of the program, by changing the value of the required time in the "scroll" option from 200m/s to 2 seconds), and everything is working now perfectly good.
If CaptureWizPro will be improved to achieve even higher resolution, it will be indisputably the best screenshot program in the web.
Cons: Techical support is highly important for the users.
I suggest to everyone to try CaptureWizPro. It is a winner program in its field. Maybe I am a liitle hard by giving to this program only 4 stars...

"Does everything it promises easily and gracefully"
Pros: If you want to capture any image from your screen - stills, motion, motion with sound - this is an excellent product. I used it for the entire 30-day trial period and found it indispensable, and so purchased it today. My username and unlock code came by email in a few hours, and in the meantime the homepage gave me a temporary username and code, so I had no down time. Well worth the $30 price tag.

Pros: Extremely easy to use. I used to capture credit card receipts and to email direct to customers, saves on paper and the h assel of mailing. Like being able to capture a certain portion of the screen to print out to use as tutorials. Sure it has many more features that I haven't even explored. Good price, too.
