Keeps giving me TWAIN error
Summary
I've heard so many good things about Canon products, but this scanner driver is a waste of time and a waste of resources. I am using a LiDE 20 and thought I would upgrade my toolbox since 4.1 keeps giving me a TWAIN error. Well, I downloaded Toolbox 5.0 (NOT 4.9.3.2 as CNet adversites) and I again get a TWAIN error. So don't bother trying to download this software: it does not work!

Have no idea since software not useable.
Cons
Software cannot find the scanner. I deleted the software and re-installed the old software and it immediately recognized my LIDE 30 of which I have 2 (one I leave in the back of my car and one I take with me on business)
