Also included are a recipe editor, and a tool to make shopping lists. You will have complete control of your diet.

Version: Calorie Balance Diet 2.9.6

"Easy and powerful"

Pros: Software was great for counting calories and keeping track of weight.

Cons: Little overwhelmed at first, but watched help movie and all was great.
