Cheat you about the rates. Have to buy $15 worth of time to start.
Summary
I already have a much better program called Skype but tried this because they seemed to charge less when I reviewed the prices on their site before I made a purchase. They charged me ten cents more a minute than they claimed they would which is double what they said they charge when you visit their site. A lousy $15 and they would rather hold onto it then pay me back because they probably don't have hardly any customers anyway. I'm really sorry I tried their software. The sound quality was poor as well and the interface was too small too. They are really stuck on using their own currency from the UK and seem to use it to deceive you what they really charge you Their must not be a better business bureau overseas which makes crooked companies like this pop up. Skype is ten times better. Should have just payed a little more and stuck with that. If you call for any length of time it will run up your bill much faster here. Takes the fun out of calling someone instead of being enjoyable with this program.

Pros
The software is easy to install and use. You will need high speed internet (I use 1.5 Mbs DSL) and a microphone and speakers. My wife and I make calls to Chile regularly from the United States. We normally get very clear, quality connections. It's hard to beat the price. I have also used Callserve to make calls from Japan to the United States.
Cons
Some times calls will not connect but it is unclear whether it is due to heavy internet traffic or heavy volume on the Chilean phone system. At any rate, poor connections are fairly rare. The system cannot be used to accept incoming calls.
