From CallingID :CallingID safe browsing toolbar automatically shows whether sites visited are real and safe to login, submit personal information to or deal with. It displays the site owner's name and physical address and a risk indication for safe e-commerce and online banking. CallingID checks if the site owner is actively conducting business. Problems like phishing, site that hides owner identity or has any security problem is automatically detected.
Version 1.5.0.70 adds Firefox and Internet Explorer support and fixes minor bugs.

Version: CallingID 1.5.0.70
Pros: First off I was impressed that it installed itself on both Firefox and IE. Next, I was impressed by simple tool bar interface making me feel like I was immediately surfing, safer. This program will make your browsing more secure by telling you the address of the webpage and whether or not it is safe to visit.
Cons: I have seen similar products like this, but nothing as complete as this. And the fact that it is free gets my stamp of approval

"AN EXCELLENT TOOLBAR SITE/RISK ADVISOR"
Pros: VERY CONCISE REPORT,INCLUDING,OF COURSE,A WEB SITE'S ADDRESS AND OWNERSHIP.
Cons: HOWEVER, SINCE THE WIFE DELETED IT AWHILE AGO,AS MANY TIMES AS I TRY TO LOAD IT, IT JUST WON'T WORK...SO I'M GOING WITH McAFEE SITE ADVISOR NOW. JUST AS GOOD AND ,IN FACT, EVEN BETTER WITH MORE INFO.

Pros: tells you if you're visiting a phishing or fake website
Cons: doesnt tell you if the site has viruses or spyware.
Bottom line:Use Mcafee site advisor!!

Pros: This is great! If you use it with IE 7 and turn on the Phishing filter within the browser - you can virtually keep yourself free from trash on the net!

Pros: Wish I'd found this sooner. Installed perfectly in Firefox. Now I can see how safe any site is and the physical real world address and business name of the owner!
The price is great too, Free!!
