CLC Protein Workbench provides a wide range of advanced protein analyses, and is based on the same user-friendly and integrated software environment as CLC Free Workbench. Version 2.0.2 fixed rare cases where doubleclicking annotations in an alignment resulted in a wrong selection, fixed dialog when stopping BLAST runs in the process area, references to BLAST databases are updated due to changes on the NCBI server.
