Utility to create, edit and manipulate Compix VideoCG Version 3.0 files.
What's new in this version:
- Compile: This takes a text file in a specific user-friendly format and generates a .vcg file from it. (Files with the .vcg extension are what the Compix VideoCG Version 3.0 program uses, so these are directly displayable on all our CG's)
- Decompile: This takes a .vcg file, and extracts several different forms of text from it. The default form is in the same language that CGX expects as input to a compile
