A powerful program designed to catalog CD information, CD Storage Master boasts a number of handy features for organizing your collection. The welcoming interface is accompanied by a step-by-step wizard that opens at each launch. We found the wizard quite helpful, since it made adding a new entry much easier than using the menus. The program did a good job of reading ID3 tags, even those of burned CDs, and it let us add comments to a disc, which is helpful if you're searching for a particular item in a huge database. Apart from audio CDs, the program supports DVDs, VCDs, and data CDs. You'll even find a feature for creating CD labels and booklets, a tool for ferreting out duplicate files, and a search wizard. We did have a gripe with the demo's irritating nag screen, which appears whenever you search the database or perform other common actions. Nevertheless, we think CD Storage Master is a fine choice for all die-hard music junkies who want to keep comprehensive lists of their collections.Publisher's description

You can manage and exchange your complete CD and DVD collection, loading not only by filename, size, creation time, and modification time, but also metadata of file (such as MP3 ID3 tag, image file width, height and color, Microsoft Office document's summary information, and audio CD Internet CDDB information), and extract information from compressed archive files.
Version 5.81 supports CD-Text, supports Mixed Audio CD, fixes Disc Online/Disc Offline status.

Version: CD Storage Master 5.81
"Shame it does not work for me"
Pros: none - never worked for me
Cons: Never worked beyond opening screen display.
Tried the application on four different PC's (two desktops, 2 Laptops) and all that ever happened was that the application would open and display a 'timer' instead of the mouse pointer.
On the second PC I tried I noticed that my C: Drive light was continually on, so thinking that the app was scanning for files I left it. After 4 hours I brought up Windows Task Manager to see if the app had 'hung' - not so Task Manager reported that it was running as did 'What's Running'.
At this point I did a google and found other servers to download from (just in case the file was somehow corrupt). Installed onto the Laptops and found the same problem.
Shame really as this app looked to be exactly what I required.
