A simple-to-use utility for creating CD or DVD jewel-case covers, this program is well suited for all but the most demanding users. The software offers a simple (although optional) step-by-step wizard that guides users through the label-making process. It offers the ability to obtain a CD's information, such as track listing and artist's name, from an Internet database, although it can't automatically identify a CD itself. It can also draw information or images for a CD or DVD from files stored on a PC. Unfortunately, it can't automatically search for album or movie art on the Web, a feature that would be well fitted to a future release. The software also helps create designs for inside-front and inside-back jewel-case covers, as well as CD labels. Advanced users may want to find a program with even more features, but we suspect most collectors will be well satisfied with the capabilities offered here.

Pros
The support worked as it should i got my answer within 48 hours, so no problem here. The program works very well on Windows 7, waiting for the next announced version to be released.

Very easy to use, even for beginners. Have enough utilities to make your own covers with a professional touch. Help is very good if you need assistance,

There is lines (if you want) around the covers, but it should been even better with
cut marks outside the cover. I could not find any software of this kind that have this helpful little thing. (Some Mac software have, Roxio have in older suites)Summary
I have used and try many software like this, this one is maybe one of the best. I have also a good one in Roxio Creator 2011 pro, with Label Creator which have problem with the right size to fit backsides on jewelcase printed on plain A4. And there is also problem with tracks, there will always be different space behind the lines. With CD Box Labeler this problems not exist at all.

Works, mostly.
Cons
Cannot install texture add-ons on Win 7. Support requests are completely ignored.
Summary
No support at all. None. Zip. Nada. Don't pay for this, you get no support for your money.
