From CCleaner:CCleaner is a system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It's fast (normally taking less that a second to run). It cleans: Internet Explorer (Temporary files, URL history, cookies, Autocomplete form history, index.dat); Firefox (Temporary files, URL history, cookies, download history); Windows (Recycle Bin, Recent Documents, Temporary files, and Log files); Registry cleaner (Advanced features to remove unused and old entries, including File Extensions, ActiveX Controls, ClassIDs, ProgIDs, Uninstallers, Shared DLLs, Fonts, Help Files, Application Paths, Icons, and Invalid Shortcuts. So comes with a comprehensive backup feature.)

Although it lacks a few of the bells and whistles found in other PC-cleaning applications, this free program offers more than enough features to make it a worthy download. CCleaner's interface is logically designed and makes it easy to wipe away your tracks from Internet Explorer and Mozilla, various Windows system areas, and some third-party applications.
CCleaner doesn't support a large number of extraneous programs as some competitors do, but it can erase traces from such popular programs as Spybot - Search & Destroy and WinZip. Also missing is a secure file shredder, but it makes up for the omission by supplying a Registry-cleaning utility, which quickly scans for invalid entries before removing them. CCleaner can even back up your Registry before removal, in case it accidentally removes a crucial component, and the download includes a feature for uninstalling any program on your machine.
Since this free application handles the majority of PC-cleaning chores and offers a nice extra, we have no problem recommending CCleaner to all users, except those who need to get rid of supersensitive data.

"Good privacy cleaner and optimizer."
Pros: This program will clean what you choose to clean. It can clean history, cookies, temporary internet files, recently typed URLs, index .dat files, auto complete forms, last download location, start run history, recent documents, search auto complete, and other MRUs.
And will clean the recycle bin, temp files, clipboard, memory dumps, file fragments, windows log files, start menu shortcuts, desktop shortcuts, office 2003, Google tolbar, Flash player, Windows media player, Real player, MS Paint, and more.
Has a registry cleaner and you can select the areas you want to scan. Such as missing shared DLLs, unused file extensions, Active X, Applications, Fonts, Application paths, Help files, Installer, Obsolete software, Run at startup, Start menu order, and MUI Cache.
Click on options and you can filter the cookies you want to keep. Click on tools and it has a program uninstaller and so far it seems to work good.
Cons: I dont like the startup manager.

Pros: I like this program because it cleans junk files, simply, small in size, and very useful, plus it's free.
Cons: I find the Piriform ad very distracting with the pear, and calling it "Piriform CCleaner." The interface was also a lot better when it wasn't dark, and the scans seem to be a lot slower than it was in the previous versions. The registry fixer isn't very helpful about what it is asking you to delete.

Pros: VERY easy to use and to understand
its dose what it says it dose and its worth buying or to donate
to the site my cheek in the mail
Cons: ok nothing perfited once you Get all the spyware out of it
it will work great for you
so how you get all the spyware out
stap 1.
get two to online spyware program to scan ccleaner you find about 200 spyware programs
hidden once your shore you got them all out copy ccleaner to a CDW
then rewstall
oh make shore you copy all the updates to get the spyware out befor you update
or you can just scan away again to take them out and rewinstall you know
the same way befor like DA !
