From CAD-KAS :Create your own ringtones for your realtone mobile. Read in a track from an audio CD or open an existing MP3 or WAV file from your hard disk. You can cut out unimportant parts, change the volume and speed and use effects like echo. Cross fade the end to the beginning for smooth playback in a loop. Now you can save the ringtone as extremely small MP3 file (about 60 Kbytes per minute). You can then send the MP3 file to your realtone mobile.

Cons: Very difficult to configure and no explanation as to how it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I would not touch this software with a 10 foot pole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Looks properly....... easy to use.
Cons: Very poor quality of sound. Even hardly recognisable! Either from MP3, Wav or CD.
Do no bother downloading it....... untill there's an improved version!

Pros: I personally love this program. I can edit it and make it fade in and out etc. I can make it go faster or slower and whateva else. This program is very simple to use. I thought it was gonna take me forever to figure it out but it took me seconds cause everything i need is right there in my face. This is (so far) the most wonderful ringtone program i've came across. Everything else was a BIG waste of time and effort. I've tried other ringtone programs but none (that i came across), allow me to do lil extras with my ringtones. I love this program. Other programs i came across only allowed Verizon users and people with a CERTAIN Nokia phone etc. Not with this program, all the ringtones work great with ANY PHONE.
With this, You can cut out the parts you don't want, leave it as is or edit effects as if you was a DJ. I've been having fun for the past few hours of having this program. Its a keeper.
Cons: Well, in the trial version, the only annoying thing was the fact that it says "demo" at the end of my ringtone. I knew it was gonna happen but hey.. you asked me whats the cons and that is the only biggest con to me;)
It also gives you an option when you save the audios. Theres "save as small ringtone" and plain old "save". Its best to select "SAVE" cause if you pick "save as small ringtone" your audio will be ALL JACKED UP for SOME freakin reason. Then you will think the program is a peice of crap which its NOT! Just explore a lil and you will find that this program is better than all the rest. Thats just my own opinion. I really love this program as you can tell;)
Oh and one more con.. the PRICE! $29.00 for this is crazy but hey.. you get what you pay for and to me this program is worth every penny (to me).

Pros: Easy to install and use
Cons: The sound quality after ripping from a CD was barely recognizable. Otherwise, it would be a good program.
