A three view bug tracking/problem reporting database file for use by developers, testers and producers/project managers. Produces comprehensive one page views of any bug reported as well as list views by any category and summary print views for easy bug management.
All list content is editable in the free version. The entire design is editable once a $25 shareware fee is paid for the master password. Developed by a SQA professional in the business since 1988 and has a look and feel specifically for the development environment.
It is for use with FileMaker Pro 5 or later or FileMaker Server 5 or later. It is a prelude to a future fully featured workgroup problem management system - BugVaultWG. BugVaultLESA, a standalone version designed for the "one person shop", does not require the user to own FileMaker Pro. It allows full list content editing but does not allow design modification. It is available as Freeware. BugVaultLE and BugVaultLESA are also available for Windows.
What's new in this version:
- Fixed a FileMaker Security bug with popup lists that contain an Edit choice.
- FileMaker allows any user to access popup list content and edit it, even though their security/password level does not allow them to change list contents.
- Removed "Edit" choice from all popups. Now only users with the correct security level can edit list content.
