From BrowserBob Weblications :Create your own skin-shaped multimedia app or custom browser using your graphics and sounds in a visual environment via drag-and-drop. The program is based on the Internet Explorer browser engine. You can create custom browsers, multimedia presentations, e-books, CDs, or DVD Start menus, as well as amazing user interfaces for any media a browser would understand. Programs you create are independently usable on any Windows system. BB creates a single EXE file for easy Web publishing or a setup wrapper for your application.
Usage is intuitive and easy. Choose your graphics, make them into your user interface or buttons, position them, assign functionality, and test your app anytime during creation. Features include the ability to shape the design of interfaces and buttons; multiple Web windows for ads or content on one interface; the capacity to change the whole user interface via button-click or scanning of URLs; and the capacity to ship your content, launch EXEs, and trigger browser behavior from your Web page with new script extensions.
BrowserBob (Developer Edition) 2.1 has a new Windows interface (no more skinned interface) and a new graphics engine, which makes it less resource-consuming. One new major feature is the capacity of a VB Script or JavaScript extension to trigger application behavior from the Web site.
