This program is a visual and audio aid to guide you during your breathing exercise. It is based on the breathing exercise described in ancient Eastern and Oriental practices. In this breathing exercise, you are to inhale for one count, hold your breath for four counts and then exhale for two counts. For example, if you inhale for 4 seconds, you hold your breath for 16 seconds and then exhale for 8 seconds.

This no-frills program guides you through breathing exercises while you work on the computer, though it lacks appeal. Breathe142's minuscule interface is a basic counter that lets you set the length of seconds to inhale and the number of repetitions. The program's technique is based on breathing exercises in the book Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins. A color-coded bar determines the duration of inhales, times you are to hold your breath, and exhales. You can minimize the application, and it continues counting for you as you work in other applications. Although this application is fully operational, it doesn't offer users any real functioning prowess. With that said, Breathe142 really isn't worth downloading.
